The Pure Blue Japan CCBE-019 is a unique expression of the brand’s renowned craftsmanship, combining a camel-cored, rope-dyed indigo warp with a beige weft to create a richly textured selvedge denim unlike any other. Woven in Okayama using PBJ’s signature “Double Nep” fabric, the denim showcases an irregular slubby surface packed with character and depth. The 14oz Japanese selvedge denim is made from yarns rope-dyed in indigo, letting the rich blue exterior gradually wear away to reveal the warm camel-coloured core beneath. As the denim ages, it develops soft, dusty sepia tones and vintage-inspired fades reminiscent of well-worn workwear from decades past. Cut in Pure Blue Japan’s popular 019 Relaxed  Tapered fit, the jeans offer a comfortable yet modern silhouette with a fitted thigh and a gentle taper through the leg, creating a clean profile suitable for everyday wear.
