These rare machines knit slowly and under minimal tension, yielding a uniquely textured fabric that grows softer while retaining extraordinary strength over years of wear. Sewn in Odate, Japan, the DXTS-00 features true heritage construction using a customised Union Special 52800 with a rare 3-needle setup. Heavy-duty No.30 thread runs throughout the garment, reinforcing every seam for maximum longevity. A triple-stitched collar, a Deluxeware signature, ensures lasting shape retention, while premium black woven labels at the neck, arm, and hem complete the piece with subtle branding.
